    Just a quick mail to say how very surprised and delighted I was to receive my replacement bag this morning ! I genuinely did not expect to receive even a reply, let alone such a marvellous replacement. In these days of economic misery such exemplary and generous customer service is rare indeed. I love the new bag ! It is exactly the quality I expected when we first ordered and I shall really enjoy using it. My regret is turned to joy and I am doing a happy dance 🙂
